Mihras is a STEADYWRK platform. This notice explains what we collect when you use this site or message us, why, how long we keep it, and how to use your rights under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.

المسؤول عن بياناتكم هو STEADYWRK، شارع الملك حسين 9، العقبة، الأردن. تسجيل الشركة قيد الإجراء.

The data controller is STEADYWRK, King Hussein St 9, Aqaba, Jordan. The company's registration is in process.
02شو بنجمع
النماذج بالموقع
لما تسجّلوا مطبخ، أو تطلبوا عرض سعر لشركة، أو تقدّموا عالاستوديو، بيوصلنا اللي بتكتبوه بالنموذج، مثلاً الاسم والبلدة ورقم التلفون أو الإيميل والطبخة ورابط شغلكم. ومعه الصفحة واللغة والوقت، ونوع المتصفح، ورمز قصير بيطلع من عنوان الـIP باتجاه واحد. هالرمز بنستعمله بس لنمنع الإساءة، وما بيرجّع عنوانكم.
الواتساب
الطلبات والزيارات وحجز الشجر وطلبات الشركات بتفتح واتساب برسالة جاهزة، بتقروها وبتعدّلوها قبل ما تبعتوها. ما بينبعت إشي إلا لما تضغطوا إرسال. اللي بتبعتوه بيوصل لواتساب المطبخ رقم 1 (079 565 4865)، وهو اللي بيستقبل طلبات مهراس لحد ما يصير لمهراس رقم خاص. الواتساب تابع لشركة Meta، وإله شروطه.
الإيميل
إذا كتبتولنا على hello@steadywrk.app، بيوصلنا إيميلكم ورسالتكم.
على جهازكم بس
الموقع بيتذكّر لغتكم، وسلّتكم، والطلب اللي عم تجهّزوه، وخيارات زي هيك، بذاكرة المتصفح، ومعهم رمز عشوائي بيخلّي النماذج تشتغل. ولا إشي من هاد بيطلع من جهازكم إلا إذا بعتّوه إلنا.
عدّ الزيارات
بنعدّ مشاهدات الصفحات، والضغطات على أزرار الواتساب، والتنقّل بين صفحاتنا، والنماذج اللي انبعتت. كل عدّة بتسجّل الصفحة والزر والموقع اللي جيتوا منه بس. بلا كوكيز، وبلا معرّفات، وبلا عناوين IP، وبلا أي خدمة إعلانات أو تتبّع.
02What we collect
Forms on this site
When you register a kitchen, ask for a company quote or apply to the studio, we receive what you type in the form, such as a name, a town, a phone number or email, a dish or a link to your work. With it come the page, the language and the time, your browser type, and a short one-way code made from your IP address. We use that code only to stop abuse, and it can't be turned back into your address.
Orders, visits, tree reservations and company requests open WhatsApp with a message you can read and edit first. Nothing is sent until you press send. What you send reaches Kitchen No. 1's WhatsApp line (079 565 4865), which takes Mihras requests until Mihras has its own number. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own terms apply.
If you write to hello@steadywrk.app, we receive your email address and your message.
On your device only
The site remembers your language, your cart, the request you are building and similar choices in your browser's storage, along with a random code that lets the forms work. None of it leaves your device unless you send it to us.
Counting visits
We count page views, taps on WhatsApp buttons, moves between our pages and sent forms. Each count records only the page, the button and the site you came from. No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, and no advertising or tracking services.
03ليش بنستعملها
- لنرد عليكم ونرتّب اللي طلبتوه: طلب أكل، أو زيارة، أو شجرة، أو عرض سعر، أو زيارة لمطبخ، أو شغل بالاستوديو.
- لنحافظ على الموقع آمن وشغّال.
- لنعرف، بالمجموع بس، أي صفحات بتفيد الناس.
بنستعمل بياناتكم بموافقتكم، اللي بتعطوها لما تبعتوا النموذج أو الرسالة، وللغرض اللي بعتّوها عشانه بس.
03Why we use it
- To answer you and arrange what you asked for: an order, a visit, a tree, a quote, a kitchen visit or studio work.
- To keep the site safe and working.
- To see, in totals only, which pages help people.
We use your details with your consent, which you give when you send a form or a message, and only for the purpose you sent them for.
04قديش بنحتفظ فيها
بنحتفظ ببيانات النماذج قدّ ما بنحتاجها لطلبكم ومتابعته، وبعدها بنمسحها. وبتقدروا تطلبوا نمسحها قبل هيك. أما عدّ الزيارات فبيضل أرقام مجموعة بس.
04How long we keep it
We keep form details only as long as we need them for your request and its follow-up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Visit counts stay as totals only.
06حقوقكم
حسب القانون رقم 24 لسنة 2023 بتقدروا:
- تعرفوا شو عنّا عنكم، وتشوفوه، وتاخدوا نسخة منه.
- تصحّحوه أو تحدّثوه.
- تحصروا استعماله بنطاق محدد.
- تطلبوا نمسحه أو نخفيه.
- تعترضوا على أي استعمال مش ضروري.
- تنقلوا نسخة منه لجهة تانية.
- تسحبوا موافقتكم وقت ما بدكم.
- تعرفوا بأي اختراق بيمس بياناتكم خلال 24 ساعة من ما نكتشفه.
استعمال حقوقكم ببلاش. ابعتولنا على hello@steadywrk.app أو عالواتساب، وبنرد خلال 15 يوم عمل. وإذا ما رضيتوا بالرد، بتقدروا تشتكوا لمديرية حماية البيانات الشخصية بوزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة: +962 6 580 5700.
06Your rights
Under Law No. 24 of 2023 you can:
- know what we hold about you, see it and get a copy;
- correct or update it;
- limit how we use it;
- have it erased or hidden;
- object to any use that isn't necessary;
- take a copy to another organisation;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- be told within 24 hours of our finding any breach that affects your data.
Using your rights costs nothing. Write to hello@steadywrk.app or message us on WhatsApp, and we reply within 15 working days. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship: +962 6 580 5700.
07الأولاد
إذا عمركم أقل من 18، لازم يوافق أحد الوالدين أو وليّ الأمر قبل ما تبعتولنا بياناتكم. وما حدا تحت الـ18 بيشارك بترند #يسلمو_هالايدين.
07Children
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree before you send us your details. Nobody under 18 takes part in the #يسلمو_هالايدين trend.
08روابط لمواقع تانية
صفحاتنا فيها روابط للواتساب ويوتيوب وإنستغرام وخرائط جوجل واليونسكو ومواقع أخبار. لما تفتحوها، بتنطبق عليها سياسات الخصوصية تبعتها.
إذا عدّلنا هالإشعار، بنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق.
08Links to other sites
Our pages link to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Google Maps, UNESCO and news sites. When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top.
